Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.

An alphanumeric printer prints all process data and variables.

Sterilizers use a system of overheated water cascade. Water Cascade Sterilizers use water as the sterilization media, which is recirculated constantly, falling in the form of a cascade on the load. In order to prevent the deformation of the load, pressure is compensated. Water is recirculated by a stainless steel pump and sent to a plate heat exchanger. Recirculated water is heated by means of steam and cooled by means of cold water. As an alternative, we can provide a shell and tube heat exchanger (DTS).

Loading and unloading of trolleys can be achieved automatically, being only necessary to place a trolley at the access point to begin loading. Then, the trolley moves one position forward inside the sterilizer, leaving the access point available for the next trolley. This same operation is done automatically during the unloading of the sterilizer.

Trolleys are built based on the load to be processed. Equipped with trolleys with perforated trays for water distribution and transfer trolleys. Bottles are loaded in stackable baskets which are transferred by means of palletizable bases. Every loading system is analyzed and designed based on the different kind of materials to be processed.
