Steam Sterilizers
This line has been especially designed for use in the fields of pharmaceutical production, quality control or biosafety. The equipment is used to sterilize vials, ampoules and different materials involved in the production of injectable substances or in microbiology.
Constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel and designed according to the ASME code, it features interior surfaces in contact with the steam with sanitary polishing. The entire unit is thermally insulated.
Horizontal or vertical sliding doors with hermetic sealing by an inflatable silicone rubber gasket. The double-door equipment features safety systems that prevent simultaneous opening of both doors.
Microprocessor-controlled via industrial PLC and HMI touchscreen. It has different access levels with passwords to configure the various parameters of each cycle. For the most frequently used cycles, there are 7 direct access programs through icons.
The sterilizers are designed to work with steam from a central network. If central steam is not available, the equipment can be supplied with a built-in steam generator.
They have an alphanumeric printer that prints all the variable process data.
Composed of load cars and transport cars to accommodate and move the materials to be processed in the autoclave. The load car is constructed entirely of 316 L stainless steel with height-adjustable side guides for material trays.
