Vacuum granulate dryers
They are specially designed for static vacuum drying of granules in trays.
The chamber is entirely constructed of 316L stainless steel. All internal surfaces in contact with the product have a sanitary polish. With heated internal shelves for proper heat transfer to the trays.
Folding doors with hermetic seal via inflatable silicone rubber gasket. Double-door equipment features safety systems that prevent simultaneous opening of both doors. All doors have inspection windows.
Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.
It has an alphanumeric printer that prints the variable data of the process.
In case alcohol is required for drying granules, the equipment is designed to prevent explosions. The equipment complies with Ex Proof safety standards.
Heating can be done by means of an industrial steam line or by its own electrically heated steam generator. For efficient drying, it has a high vacuum system and heated internal shelves.
Trays constructed from 316L stainless steel. All tray corners have a rounded configuration, preventing material buildup and ensuring proper cleaning.
