Depyrogenation Oven
They are specially designed for depyrogenating glass materials. They feature forced cooling and absolute (HEPA) air filters.
Constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel and designed according to the ASME code, it features interior surfaces in contact with the steam with sanitary polishing. The entire unit is thermally insulated.
They have an inner side with special high-temperature HEPA filters. All air recirculated during the process is filtered before coming into contact with the product. The air outlet has a high-temperature HEPA filter that prevents possible cross-contamination.
Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.
It has an alphanumeric printer that prints the variable data of the process.
The system allows programming the cooling temperature of the load. Rapid cooling is achieved through a heat exchanger that circulates chilled water.
Composed of loading and transport carts to accommodate and move the materials to be processed in the autoclave. For vials or glass ampoules, the carts are designed to allow tray loading, optimizing the chamber's usable volume. Each loading system is analyzed and designed according to the different loads to be processed, being an important point in the design of a production depyrogenation oven.
