Shower water sterilizers

They are designed to work with superheated water and pressure compensation. They allow for the final sterilization of flexible packaging, preventing deformation. They have a rapid load cooling system.
Constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel and designed according to the ASME code, it features interior surfaces in contact with the steam with sanitary polishing. The entire unit is thermally insulated.
Horizontal or vertical sliding doors with hermetic sealing by an inflatable silicone rubber gasket. The double-door equipment features safety systems that prevent simultaneous opening of both doors.
Microprocessed command with industrial PLC and HMI touch screen, Title 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, which guarantees data traceability. There are different access levels through passwords to set the different parameters for each cycle.
It has an alphanumeric printer that prints the variable data of the process.
The sterilizers work with a superheated water showering system. The system is based on the recirculation of demineralized water, which falls in a constant shower over the material to be sterilized. Simultaneously, pressure compensation is produced in the chamber, preventing deformation of the load. Water recirculation is carried out by means of a stainless steel pump that sends it to a plate heat exchanger. In the same exchanger, the recirculation water is heated by steam and cooled by cold water. A shell and tube (DTS) type exchanger can be offered as an alternative.
The system allows for the automatic loading and unloading of carts, only requiring a cart to be placed at the autoclave's entrance to initiate loading. From there, the cart advances one position inside the equipment, freeing up the entrance for the next cart. The same operation is performed automatically during equipment unloading.
They are manufactured according to the load to be processed. They consist of internal carts with reusable trays and transport carts. For the case of vials, they are loaded into stackable trays which are transported by means of palletizable bases. Each loading system is analyzed and designed according to the different loads to be processed.
